1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one Account on the mohd88 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in gambling activities.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 To access the full features of the mohd88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mohd88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 You must notify mohd88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. mohd88 may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

4.4 KYC Verification

mohd88 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its obligations under applicable gaming authority regulations. You agree to provide, within a reasonable period upon request, documentary evidence including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and evidence of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure. Any funds in a non-verified Account may be held pending the outcome of the verification process.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. mohd88 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mohd88 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in the Member's name.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted based on Account verification status and VIP tier.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. mohd88 processes verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times for funds to appear in the Member's account thereafter depend on the payment provider and are outside mohd88's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. mohd88 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the mohd88 Platform are denominated in MYR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to Account balances.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the mohd88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event, as published on the Platform at the time of betting. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Void Bets. mohd88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds, prices, or information resulting from a technical error or human error on the part of mohd88 or its data providers.

6.3 Maximum Payout. All winnings are subject to maximum payout limits per bet and per day, as displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook section. mohd88 reserves the right to apply these limits regardless of the stated odds or game outcome.

6.4 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. Where an event is abandoned, cancelled, or the result is not officially declared within 72 hours, mohd88 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Transaction. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per deposit transaction. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously through multiple accounts or coordinated activity constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious breach of these Terms.

7.4 Abuse and Misuse. mohd88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover Bonus Funds — and to close the associated Account — if it determines at its sole discretion that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, through use of automated tools, or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

7.5 mohd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonuses already validly claimed under the prior terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 mohd88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all Members directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. A Member may request self-exclusion from the mohd88 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect upon confirmation and will remain in force for the period specified by the Member, with a minimum period of 24 hours and no maximum. During self-exclusion, the Member's Account will be suspended and no betting or casino activity will be permitted.

If a Member is found to be under the age of 21, the Account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned subject to the outcome of any related investigation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mohd88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Employing betting systems, automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or employees of mohd88 or its software providers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.

mohd88 reserves the right to immediately suspend, close, and void all balances associated with any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the mohd88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, audio, and visual materials — is the property of mohd88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mohd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 mohd88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 mohd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. mohd88 will endeavour to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 mohd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the mohd88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mohd88 holds its international gaming authority licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
